The DentalTwins are Mark and Steven Bornfeld! We have served the dental needs of
the community of Brooklyn for 27 years. Longtime residents of the area, we have
a commitment to your oral health. When you need us, we'll be there!
...has lived most of his life in Brooklyn since moving there in 1958. He has
attended P.S. 213 and J.H.S. 166 in East New York, and is a 1969 graduate of
Brooklyn Technical High School. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1973
from Brooklyn College, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1976 from the New
York University College of Dentistry, at which time he was inducted into the Omega
Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He received his postdoctoral training at the
Peninsula Hospital Center in Far Rockaway, NY, and with his twin brother Steven
has maintained a private dental practice in Brooklyn since 1977. He holds the
position of editor at the Queens County Academy of General Dentistry, as well as
dental consultant at AllExperts.com. He lives in Mill Basin with his wife, Maria.
...has been a lifelong partner in Mark's peregrinations. Likewise a longtime resident of Brooklyn since 1958, he has followed an identical course of education, save for a one-year separation from his brother in fourth grade due to the misguided belief that twins should each find his own identity. He also attended P.S. 213 and J.H.S. 166 in East New York, and is a 1969 graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School. Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1973 from Brooklyn College, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1976 from the New York University College of Dentistry, at which time he was inducted into the Omega Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He received his postdoctoral training at the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens, and has partnered with Mark in their dental practice since 1977. Steven lives in Windsor Terrace with his wife Marie and daughter Lauren.
